Update!

Didn't end up getting a booth at the tattoo convention this year, mainly due to time/costs.
Considering doing the next one though, not 100% sure.
Some of my cards should have been laying around, even though I wasn't there!

Other updates....
We were trying to put together an art show/car show around October 31st... the first location we thought was a go, but costs starting adding up... between road blocks, kybo, permits, etc. . it was just too expensive without the help of sponsors, and a little tough to get sponsors on board with only a month before the event. I want to be organized! Our second location turned out to be affordable, but we won't be able to have very many people... nor make any money. So instead of a public show, we're just going to have a private party.

BUT next year we have an amazing location. I'm super excited. More details on that to come this coming winter/spring. It should turn out great with all the prep time we have.

2009 Tattoo Convention in Des Moines, IA

It's very likely that Hey Cupcake! Pin-up Photography will be sharing a booth with a local tattoo shop at the Des Moines tattoo convention! Pretty exciting! Getting some artwork ready to sell.

Also, just got some brand new business cards and they rock my socks! :D

I've finally launched my non-flash site, due to a majority of the people contacting me expressing that they were unable to view a flash site on their computer.

Iowa Pin-up Photography - Des Moines

Finally was able to finished editing Carrie's pin-up pictures and get her choices sent off to the printer. Got them back yesterday and they look fabulous! Can't wait until she comes to pick them up! :)

I'm finally making a first post. I've had this blog for quite some time, but I've been so busy shooting and trying to get my website perfected that I haven't taken the time to start any side projects :)

Now that my website is officially open for business I'm hoping I'll have more time to do updates more often here.. and my other social networking sites too :)
